Why This Smoothie Works for a Flexi Carnivore Diet
A flexi carnivore diet isn’t about strict zero-carb living, it’s about animal-based eating with some flexibility, especially for fruits that digest easily. This smoothie is a great occasional treat if you’re following that approach. It’s packed with whole-food nutrition and doesn’t rely on grains, seeds, or processed sugar.
I personally found durian, the brand I have is very strong on it’s own. Note there are many types of durian so worth trying a few if you don’t like the first you try as they’ll have a slightly different taste profile.
