This simple yet delicious recipe combines the creamy texture of yogurt with the sweetness of apples and the crunch of pistachios, all tied together with a drizzle of maple syrup. It's a perfect breakfast or snack that's not only tasty but also packed with nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt any type, e.g., Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 apple chopped (any variety, e.g., Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup depending on your sweetness preference

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, layer the plain yogurt.
