Chocolate Cake

This recipe creates a soft and fluffy cake with only 4 ingredients. It's high protein and doesn't use any flour. It's super easy to make and can be whipped up quick for an evening dessert.

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp heaped cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- contents of one organ capsule (I used the Homegrown brand)(Optional)
Preheat your oven to bake mode and let it heat up for a few minutes.
In a small compact mixer, combine the banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth and plenty of bubbles form.
Pour the batter into a glass round dish. (17cm)
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with yogurt.
Tips:
- Make sure to use a ripe banana for the best flavor.
- If you prefer a stronger chocolate flavor, you can add more cocoa powder.
- You can also top your cake with your favorite frosting or glaze for an extra-special treat.
- If you prefer it sweeter add more sweetness like maple syrup, sugar or honey.
